This animal closely resembles the Yak of earth. Served roasted and sliced or as steaks. The milk is drinkable, used to make cheese and butter.

Four-legged wide-headed, lumbering, stocky ruminants

One horned, yellowish antelope, meat is then grilled

This meat is basically pork and  can be served roasted or fried like you would bacon.

Similar to the earthen duck. It is staple of the rence girls.

Tumits

A large carnivorous bird of the plains. Traditionally hunted with bolos and the sport lies in whether you or the bird gets to eat that night, roasted.

Vulo
A small pigeon-like bird. Very small eggs are cooked by frying them in a large, flat pan. Several birds or many eggs make a meal, roasted and spiced.

Clustered, tiny black eggs of the white grunt served in a small golden cup with a small golden Eggs spoon.

Cosian Winfish
Able to fly above the waters of Thassa for short distances. A small blue fish with 4 poisonous spines on dorsal fin, the liver of the cosian wingfish is a delicacy.

Eel
Something like the eel found on earth but here it is considered to be a Gorean sea food delicacy.

Marsh Shark
Transported from the marshes,  they can be grilled, or pan seared in filets or shark steaks

Parsit Fish
Slender striped fish, can be fried, baked or broiled like you would cook a fish on earth.
QUOTE: "It is called the parsit current for it is followed by several varieties of migrating parsit, a small, narrow, usually striped fish. Sleen, interestingly, come northward with the parsit, their own migrations synchronized with those of the parsit, which forms for them their principal prey."

Snails
Would apear to be similar to Earth snails although perhaps, as most things Gorean, larger. Size, however, is not clearly mentioned.

Vosk Carp
Liken to the carp found on earth Vosk Carp can be served, fried, or broiled. They are from the Vosk River.

Vosk Oysters
The Vosk Oyster are from the delta of the Vosk, and can be served raw or baked.

Vosk Sorp
This Gorean shellfish is similar to the earth oyster. It manufactures pearls and is used in soups and stews.

White Belly Grunt
A large game fish which haunts the plankton beds in the Polar North to feed on parsit fish. Their eggs are considered a rare delicacy.

Black Bread
It is somewhat like pumpernickel or a very dark rye bread of earth. It is baked and is full flavored from the Gorean grains. It is heavy and dark in colour ad can be served with clotted Bosk cream and/or honey; as well as used in any way you would use a earth bread.

Handful of wet rence paste, fried on flat stones it makes a kind of cake, often sprinkled with rence seeds.

Not specified as being different from earth rice, there is no mention of which part of Gor this cereal is grown in.

A grain, yellow in color, a staple of Gor. Brewed into paga and also ground and used to bake the Sa-Tarna bread.

Sa-Tarna Bread
Made from sa-tarna grain. A rounded, flat loaf that is yellow in color, marked before baking, into six sections. Something like a flat bread or thick flour tortilla of earth.

A thick paste of boiled sa-tarna, sometimes mixed with minced parsit fish. Also known as bond- maid gruel or slave porridge.

Like an earth Onion, no Gorean description is given, so one an assume thatone would cry when cutting up this onion as well.

Peas
No real Gorean description is given, Tarl Cabot does refer to them as Gorean Peas, but since nothing else is said about them one can assume they are like the peas found on earth.

Again no Gorean description is given so one can asssume they would be like a earth pepper in green, red, and yellow.

They are most likely the same as the pumpkins we grown on earth. They are brown by the Sames in the Barrens.

Radishes

They are two types of radishes one is a sphere shaped radish and the other a cylinder shaped radish, other then this nothing else is mentioned, thus one can assume that the sphere shaped radish is much like the radish grown on earth.

Red Olivers
These Gorean grown olives are red in colour and are grown in the Tyros groves.

Rence, pith
A water plant. Grain is eaten, boiled or ground into a paste and sweetened. This paste can be fried into a type of pancake. 
QUOTE: "...further, its pith is edible, and for the rence growers is, with fish, a staple in their diet; the pith is edible both raw and cooked; some men, lost in the delta, not knowing the pith edible, have died of starvation the the midst of what was, had they known it, an almost endless abundance of food."

Squash
They are most likely the same as the squash that is grown on earth. They are brown by the Sames in the Barrens.

 Sul
The sul is a large, thick skined, starchy, yellow fleshed root vegetable. A Sul is similar to the potato and is often served slied and fried in butter and salted, kind of like a potato chip. Another way to serve it is to break it open and fill it with melted Bosk cheese, kind of like a baked potato. It can be distilled into the the drink called Sul-Paga.

Sullage
A soup made prinicipally from suls, tur-pah, and kes, etc.

Tur-Pah
An edible tree parasite with curly, red, ovate leaves; grows on the tur tree; a main ingredient in sullage.

It is likely that the Gorean Turnip is the same as the turnip on earth. The turnip is an import of the tahari region.

The red fruit of the Ka-la-na tree, is sweet and used to make Ka-la-na wine, it can also be eaten on its own.

Larma
Fruit with a hard shell, brittle and easily broken, which encloses a fleshy endocarp, juicy and succulent, delicious. Larma or other fruit may be offered by a kneeling slave to her Master in plea for his sexual use of her.

Like the salt on earth but with a slight redish colour. Found in the region of Kasra.

Yellow Salt
Like the table salt of earth, but with a yellowish colour. Found in the southern regions of Gor.

White Salt
Like the salt of earth, matching in colour. Is found in the
Tahari region of Gor.

Chocolate gathered from earth, made from beans, found in higher-class establishments. Served hot in a large cup.

Custard
It is like the custard or pudding found on earth.

Honey
This is traditional honey from the inland village of Nyuki, it is not mentioned if this honey is made in the same way or tastes the same as Earth honey so one could venture to say that it is.

Mint Stick
A confection served in a bowl on a tray set for blackwine service.  Something like a candy stick found on earth.

This sugar comes from fruits found on Gor. Similar to Earth sugar but with a redish colour
